In this Vietnamese village, children travel in plastic bags through furious rivers to go to school
The sacrifices our parents make to ensure a good life for us is priceless, but what these Vietnamese parents are doing goes far beyond what many do for their children.
These villagers from the northern mountainous region of Huoi Hua in Vietnam were photographed and filmed taking their children to school across a river in huge plastic bags, putting their lives at risk!
Children still have to travel more than five hours to go to school.
Because of their arduous journey – and it is crazy to repeat the same feat every day – children usually stay in school only to return on weekends.
The next time your child does not want to go to school or if you feel like skipping work, remember that.
